UCT Graduation Ball 2013

We were once again proud to supply technical for this years Graduate School of Business graduation ball. Live video feed for the awards ceremony was displayed on large-format 12/9 projection screens. Stage and dance floor lighting consisted of profile spots, Martin Mac250 Entour lights and BriteQ LED wash lighting.

JBL Audio was provided along with Pioneer DJM console and CDJ900 players. We also setup the dance floor area, while decor involved our vintage LED lightboxes and the GSB emblem poly-cut onto the set backdrop.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The awards ceremony and speeches were short, sweet and full of fun as always. It was then time for the students most of whom haven’t seen each other in over year got the chance to catch up and get some serious overdue partying in!

AV Direct gave this party a little bit of extra energy with some serious led lighting control and programming using our new Avolites Titan Mobile desk.
