James is from Ethiopian decent on his father’s side. He started in the audio field from as early as 1992, part time after school and weekends managing sound for school carnivals / concerts, weddings and variety shows.
James completed his sound engineering diploma at CAE in Durbanville in 2003. He continued on focusing more on the Gospel and Jazz Performance industry, where he travelled the African Continent, Australia, Sweden, Germany, India, New York and Mauritius.
