Hottest House Bash 2014

AV Direct road show crew completed a full technical production for the University of Namibia. The event required large ground support structure, staging, line array towers, DB Tech audio system, lighting, projection and video with camera relay, stage management and DJ equipment.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Performers on the night included DJ Lollo, DJ Bala, DJ Boogie, Ricky J, Xolandi Jazz Ne & DJ Touche, Master Jam, DJ Scott, DJ Zinhle and Uhuru. Playing to thousands of locals all the artists were quite impressed with the DB Tech audio system. The line array was rigged onto our scaffolding towers and finished with the artists print on our own supply of perforated material.

Two large screens slotted in nicely between the stage and towers, with Christie LHD700 projectors using the rear surface material. Live close-up shots of the performers combined with ArKaos visual effects blended in great with the lighting!

On stage we used a Matrix beam light to communicate to the crowds, while the party communication was designed with 16 beam lights, 8 Chauvet Legend SR30 moving heads, crowd-blinders and 4 Geyser FOG LED lights.

Overall the event was a huge success and we look forward to the next one!
