Cape Nature Annual Staff Awards and Gala Evening

AV Direct assisted with the design and technical operation of this prestigious awards ceremony and gala evening at Ganzekraal.

3D Technical renders have become a vital part of our service to clients. We are now able to accurately calculate technical aspects like stage size and visual equipment. Everything down to the table layout, seating and decor. The tablecloths, lighting design and positioning is all supplied visually, giving the client the satisfaction of knowing the guests are all comfortable and ready to be entertained.

 

 

 

 

 

Positioning of front-of-house equipment and video camera’s are important not only to the client but for an efficient working environment and effective technical service.

Apart from hiring services such as staging, lighting & trussing, audio and video equipment. AV Direct also produced 9 short award clips. Using our in-house video production editing team, we combined visuals, SFX and music to complete the project. Voice-over artist Neil Ovens was called upon to record the monologue for the films.
