Auditor General Conference 2014 took place at Sun City.  Our Technical Design Team, created a 3D Render of each venue, according to scale and included all technical and furniture elements.

This 3D service gave our client, the venue and our team a certainty of legroom and illustrated the proposed layout prior to setup date.

The opening cocktail evening was hosted in the Green House, we supplied a stage, sound equipment, backline and lighting equipment. Proceeding the 3 Day Conference held in Royal Ballroom North, all 280 guests were entertained at the Shebeen to traditional food and drink as their closing dinner.
